Reinhard Traub

Reinhard Traub is a lighting designer whose career goes back to 1985. He has had assignments at a large number of opera and theatre venues in Germany and other countries. More than 300 opera productions by now - as a steadily employed lighting designer connected to the opera houses in Zürich, Salzburg, Brussels, Hamburg and in recent years for Staatstheater Stuttgart.

Together, Erik Hedin, Reinhard Traub and Per Christian Revholt were nominated for The Hedda Award 2015 in the best audiovisual design category for their work in A Dream Play by August Strindberg, directed by Calixto Bieito, The National Theatre.
