Ketil Høegh (full name: Ketil Eivind Høegh) is a Norwegian actor. Since 1991 he has been steadily employed by Hålogaland Theatre. Høegh also has written and performed his own productions plus participated in several Norwegian movies and TV series.

Høegh has his background from amateur theatre and school performances (Bragerevyen) in Tromsø. He graduated from The National Academy of Theatre, Oslo in 1982 and was first hired by Nordland Theatre. Among his roles there was Lennie in John Steinbeck’s Of Mice and Men. From 1984 Høegh was employed at Rogaland Theatre, where he played Stanley Kowalski in Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire, Oberon in A Midsummer Night's Dream and the male main character in Through the Leaves by Franz Xaver Kroetz.

From 1991 he has been working for Hålogaland Theatre in his home town, where he has contributed interpretations from the classical repertoire as well as contemporary drama. In addition he has been a key person in the theatre's priority of Northern Norwegian humour.

Ketil Høegh and Ragnar Olsen were nominated for The Hedda Award 2014 in the best stage text category for their new adaption of Ludvig Holberg's play Jeppe of the Hill for the production Jeppe, produced by Hålogaland Theatre. Høegh also directed the production.
