In 1999 he started the dance company Floor Knights with friends. For a while he lived in Copenhagen, where he was a member of the breakdance group Natural Effects. Khan won a number of competitions, including B-boy Rumble 1999 (Norwegian championship), Scandinavian Battle of the Year 2001 (Scandinavian championship) and Time to Battle in Malmö (Scandinavian championship).

In 2006 he won the competition Dansefeber at TV Norge (the Norwegian version of So You Think You Can Dance, Sceneweb's comment), and this became the start of his career. The autumn of 2006 he went to Los Angeles, where he trained with Quest Crew, winners of the third season of America's Best Dance Crew.
