In 2000, Edurne Rubio was awarded a one-year art research grant by the Ministry of Culture. During this period, she started to deal with subjects such as perception, scale and relativity.
From the beginning, Rubios work has been interdisciplinary (images, installations, performances) and is permeated by the tendency to intervene at the exhibition site with specific works adapted to space or context.
