Dmitry Tyulpanov
Dmitry Tyulpanov (born 1966 Leningrad, Russia) is an actor and musician. He is one of the founders of Clipa Theater. In addition to creating and performing, Tyulpanov writes the music and creates the soundtracks of most of the productions.
He studied stone carving at the Leningrad Crafts School, and acting and music at the Leningrad University School. After graduating, he was drafted into the Red Army band as a trumpet player.
Tyulpanov was formerly a member of the russian theater group Derevo which derived from the rock group Avia led by Anton Adasinski.
