Laure Ottmann
Trained in image-making, photography and video, Laure Ottmann experiments through artistic encounters and is interested in all that can be derived from questions surrounding representation and performance. From 1995 to 2000, she was the co-artistic director and the producer of the European collective ODDibadidDUB, with events in music, installation and screenings. From 1998 to 2003, as a creator and performer, she collaborated in the early works of choreographer Dave St-Pierre, namely No Man’s Land Show, presented at the Festival international de la nouvelle danse (FIND). Laure Ottmann also performed in L’Hygiène de l’orateur by Mia Maure dance at Tangente in 2004 and in Lucky Bastard, a series of performances presented at the FIND.
