La Bohème

La Bohème (1943) was an opera production by The National Stage, based on an opera by Giacomo Puccini (music), Luigi Illica (libretto) and Giuseppe Giacosa (libretto), in turn based on a novel by Henri Murger, Scènes de la vie de Bohème. The production was performed at the theatre's main stage.

Egil Hjorth-Jenssen directed it.

Randi Lindtner Næss and Sofie Bull Øvrevik sang the role of Mimi.

Arne Hendriksen sang the role of Rudolf.
