Vilde Vite og plastmysteriet* (Vilde Vite and the plastic mystery) (2018) is a planned theatre production for families by The National Stage, based on a theatre text by Roe Lauvås. The production will be performed at the theatre's main stage.

"Eco is a firework of a guy - a bit like a superhero - and very concerned with taking care of Planet Earth. He actually lives in the planet Evergreen, but likes to travel in time and space. Suddenly, one day, when visiting Tellus, he bumps into the shy and smart girl Vilde Vite. This becomes the beginning of a special friendship and an adventurous exploration expedition, illuminating the greatest challenge of this world.
For what should one do when the fisherman finds more plastic than fish in his net? When microplastics threaten animals? Recruiting more environmental ninjas is in order!
Through an exciting story, songs, magical experiments and not least a lot of humour, the children (and the grown-ups) will learn more about the meaning of recycling and reduced consumption.
The entertaining, inspiring production for families builds on VilVite Bergen Science Centre's summer performance about Vilde Vite. Eirik del Barco Soleglad and Stine Robin make up the environmental dynamic duo at The National Stage."
