In the same suitcase many different types of dolls need to live in cultural diversity. Dukker opp i alle land was written and directed by Morten Grue. The production was based on an authentic doll collection left by Ray Nusselein.

The title is a word play, referring to the Norwegian word for dolls (dukker) and to the Norwegian term for showing up (dukker opp). Hence the title can mean both Dolls up in all countries and Shows up in all countries.
