Die Fledermaus (The Bat)

Die Fledermaus (1961) was an operetta production by The Norwegian National Opera and Ballet. Die Fledermaus was based on an operetta by Karl Haffner and Richard Genée (libretto) and Johann Strauss d.y. (music). The production was performed by The Norwegian National Opera and Ballet in Folketeateret.

The production was directed and choreographed by Ivo Cramér. Henny Mührer took over direction of the production in 1964.

Gerda Gilboe performed the role of Adele. She had performed the same role in a production at Centralteateret in 1953.

Kari FrisellMarareta Dellefors and Karin Langebo performed the role of Rosalinde.

Henning Hansen and Arne Hendriksen performed the role of Gabriel von Eisenstein.
