In his production The Letter Paolo Nani went through the routines of writing a letter. He did this in approximately 15 different ways, without uttering a word. Paolo Nani wrote his way in a vulgar manner, as a drunkard, without hands, backwards, in Western style or as a full circus.

The Letter was a prize-awarded production. It received The European Comedy Award in Frankfurt among other awards. The Letter has been performed more than 600 times all over Europe.
