Noises Off

Noises Off (1988) was a theatre production by The Norwegian Touring Theatre, based on the farce by Michael Frayn. The production was performed on tour the winter of 1988, with its tour opening in Gjøvik February 19.

Bjørn Sæter directed it.

In The Norwegian Touring Theatre's 1988 production of Noises Off, the audience was transported during the performance. In the first and the third act, the spectators were placed behind the decoration, whereas they sat in front of it during the second act. Because of this, the audience capacity was limited, which is the reason for few attending spectators considering the number of performances in the run.
