Sketches for Spring

Sketches for Spring (2012) is a production by herStay

The herStay production Sketches for spring refers to the negative connotations of Oslo post-July 22, as well as the wave of violence.

herStay springs out from the idea that Oslo instead is a garden, a lounge, giving inspiration and vitality. The pace of the piece is partly determined by the growth of plants, as a stress-resolving factor.

The performances can be seen as contemplation on the fecund potential of the city, and its future.
