Maria & José

The theatre production for children called Maria & José (2011) by Johanna and Tobias is about José who lives in Maria's ear. He loves her. Maria doesn't quite know who she loves, but she loves, too. What does it mean, to love somebody?

José does everything for Maria to be good. He shoots bacteria, he maintains and redecorates. He tells her stories and he plays the cello. Maria has lots of important things on her mind. Things people expect from her, and things she is preoccupied with on her own. But then everything changes.
