Prinsessen av Lilleland* (The Princess of the Little Land) by Barske Glæder Productions opened at The Open Theatre (Det Åpne Teater) the spring of 2003: Princess Lille (the name means Small or Little) is bored. It is the quiet hour. Daddy is working. Lille is quiet. What she really would like to do, is to go outside and find a friend. But, you see, Lille is a bit afraid.
Then Lille invents Fnatten (Freaky), and he helps her do the things she doesn't dare to.

Prinsessen av Lilleland* (The Princess of the Little Land) by Barske Glæder Productions was a performance for children in kindergartens. Actor Janne Langaas played all the parts, aided only by a few simple props. Langaas conveyed the story of Lille who creates her own universe filled with toys, invisible friends and song.
Prinsessen av Lilleland was a new play written by Janne Langaas, with newly composed music by Svein Gundersen.
The performance was funded by The Audio Visual Fund, The Fund for Performing Artists, The Freedom of Expression Foundation Fritt Ord and The Norwegian Actors' Equity Association, while development of the script was funded by The Audio Visual Fund and Arts Council Norway.
