More

In the spring program of BIT Teatergarasjen 1999 the following is written about Tre alene* (Three alone) by Runa Rebne, Martin Slaatto and Ulf Nilseng:

"Runa Rebne, Martin Slaatto and Ulf Nilseng have, each on their own, solid experience from Norwegian dance. Now they have collected three solos (Himmelen er Hemmelig* (Heaven is Secret), Mann med Motorsykkel* (Man with Motorbike) and Terrengløp* (Terrain Running Race)) for the sake of one collective performance.

Rebne is bored in her silent heaven, until she discovers and begins to explore the unclear borders between child and woman, shame and the erotic.

Slaatto's macho man with a motor bike is more abrupt, proud of his own powers - like a rooster.

Nilseng's solo is developed in collaboration with video artist Kai Rennes. Existential questions are posed; do we exist solely because of our surroundings? This is silent, bragging and challenging dance performed in a multimedia context."
