Sand between your toes

Sand between your toes (2002) is a production by Teater Fusentast (Scatterbrain Theatre) AKA Theatre Fusentast. Sand between your toes is about the life of Hetty Kreveld Polak Dab, a strong woman born shortly after the shots in Sarajevo and deceased shortly before September 11 2001. Hetty meets the people on her way with openness and playing, though the world around her can be cruel. To manage, she has to take some chances and - more than anything - follow the possibilities of the moment.

Sand between your toes by Teater Fusentast has been performed in several European countries and harvested a series of awards, since it was produced in Nordland Visual Theatre in Stamsund in 2002. In 2007 it was awarded the memorial award of Birgit Strøm.
