Baltic House Theatre-Festival

Baltic House Theatre-Festival (Baltic House Theatre) is located in the historical centre of St. Petersburg, Russia, near Peter and Paul Fortress, which is regarded as the birthplace of the city.

The production of its own performances is combined with international activity connected to the constant culture cooperation with the countries of the Baltic Sea region.

The theatre was established under the name of Leninist Komsomol State Theatre in 1936. In the 1990s, the theatre became a base for the annual festival Baltic House International Theatre Festival, and thus acquired the same name.
