Teatertruppen Syltetøys from Bergen has making theatre for children as its main objective. The company members all have experience from theatre work both as amateurs and professionals. The Syltetøys has made its own little world called Marmeladeby (literally: Marmalade Town) consisting of a series of theatre performances that can be watched independently.
Syltetøys has performed more than 200 performances from Marmeladeby since 1997. The company also offers theatre classes for children and classes in theatre sport for youth and adults in addition to event entertainment.
