International Children's Festival - Šibenik

International Children's Festival - Šibenik is a culture festival for children, including all different aspects of children's creativity such as drama, puppets, music, dance, film, literature and visual arts.

The first festival was held in 1958, the result of the initiative and efforts of several children arts enthusiasts—but it quickly turned into a big, complex, internationally important festival.

International Children's Festival - Šibenik is a multi-disciplinary multi-media cultural event, which not only displays but actively invites participation. It is a review of the best works for children as well as of the best works by children. The cultural and pedagogical motivation for the festival is to promote the aesthetic education of children and young adults, and develops all artistic forms of children's creativity.
