Avkom* (Offspring)

Avkom* (Offspring) (2002) is a one-act play by Kim Atle Hansen, developed at The Open Theatre (Det Åpne Teater) as part of the Pilot Project for Playwrights (2001-2003).

In an old house by a fiord in Southern Norway live Njål and Kirsten. They are just married and have moved from a dangerous city to create a harmonic future for themselves. It is autumn. It will be winter.
