In Bite the Dust by Teatr Provisorium - Kompania Teatr Waluz goes through a tragic decay, and seems to be an innocent victim through whom the meaninglessness of his death illuminates the meaninglessness of war. The soldiers live in a closed circuit in which the life conditions are humiliating.

Teatr Provisorium - Kompania Teatr aims to make the situation tangible through the particular use of room and stage design; as if the audience can feel the stench of dirty bodies, rotting meat and latrines. Bite the Dust aspires to be experienced as a realistic expression of the hell the guerrilla warriors are going through. Bite the Dust is based on the drama Dead and Buried by the Polish avant garde writer Tadeus Rózewicz. It is considered among the most controversial plays in Poland. It discusses Polish history and deconstructs hero myths.

Teatr Provisorium - Kompania Teatr develops its productions in collaboration in which all the involved take part in the process from start to finish. The productions are characterised by a theatrical, physical expression.
