Waiting for Godot

Waiting for Godot (1970) was a theatre production by The Norwegian Theatre, based on the play by Samuel Beckett. It was performed in Stortingsgaten, in the facilities used by The Norwegian Theatre at the time.

Bjørn Endreson directed it.

Bjarne Andersen played the role of Vladimir.

Tom Tellefsen played the role of Estragon.

Waiting for Godot was the first of a series of Beckett productions staged by Bjørn Endreson for The Norwegian Theatre. Tom Tellefsen took part in all of them. Bjarne Andresen was able to take part in the four first before his death.

Waiting for Godot visited Bergen International Festival in 1972, with Bjørn Endreson's production of Beckett's Endgame.
