In the festival program of Oktoberdans 2002 the following, among other things, is written about Mirth by Kobalt Works:
"A dark stage, five bodies, monotonous rhythms from music and feet in motion. The German choreographer Arco Renz generates tension from the first moment, in this very structural piece.
The dancers construct geometrical shapes, chased by Anna Saup's highly dynamic video projections, seemingly never ending.
Arco Renz belongs to the first generation of choreographers educated at P.A.R.T.S in Belgium, and with several of his performers he has toured with Robert Wilson."
