POS Theatre Company has had success domestically and internationally. POS Theatre Company always has one production touring and has been visiting nine countries. "Mensch" (2000-2001), "Grand Old Man" (2001-2004), "TanGhost" (2004-2006) and "KOM!" (2007-2008) are plays produced by the company.

Director Per-Olav Sørensen owns and runs the production company, but other Norwegian actors and artists have been attached to POS Theatre Company for a shorter or longer period of time.
